Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Add to skillet and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and sliced pepperoncini peppers, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and peppers, simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
