Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in cranberries.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool on wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar with orange juice to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled cookies before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger to the dough.
