Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
