- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp tahini or yogurt sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel for crispiness.
- In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve hot, drizzled with tahini or yogurt sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For extra crunch, roast for an additional 5 minutes.
