Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season burger patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until well browned.
- During last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on patties to melt.
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- To assemble, spread sauce on the buns, add lettuce, tomato, patty with cheese, and bacon.
- Top with the other bun and serve immediately.
