Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and slice sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds.

- Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden around the edges.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
