Instructions
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Add garlic to the skillet, cook for 30 seconds, then pour in the sauce mixture.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
