Instructions
- Marinate chicken with honey, chopped chipotle peppers, and lime juice for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, sauté sliced peppers until tender.
- Slice cooked chicken and serve over rice with peppers, garnished with cilantro.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer chipotle peppers.
