- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns in half and spread butter on the cut sides.
- Lay the bottom halves of the buns on a baking sheet. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the buns.
- Top with sliced turkey, then place a slice of Swiss cheese on each.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are slightly toasted. Serve warm with greens if desired.
Notes
- You can prepare these sliders a few hours in advance and bake right before serving.
- Feel free to swap Swiss cheese for cheddar or provolone for variation.
