Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns in half and spread butter on the cut sides.
  2. Lay the bottom halves of the buns on a baking sheet. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the buns.
  3. Top with sliced turkey, then place a slice of Swiss cheese on each.
  4. Cover with the top halves of the buns. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are slightly toasted. Serve warm with greens if desired.
