- 200g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g egg noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Vegetable oil for stir-frying
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce into the pan with chicken and garlic, toss to coat evenly.
- Add cooked noodles and stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust honey and soy sauce for sweetness and saltiness.
- Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
- Best served hot with extra sesame seeds on top.
