  • 200g egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Vegetable oil for stir-frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce into the pan with chicken and garlic, toss to coat evenly.
  7. Add cooked noodles and stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
