- 2 large jalapeños, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, top with jalapeño slices and shredded cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can adjust the heat level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
- Serve with rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
