Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine sausage, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving, or refrigerate for make-ahead convenience.
