- 1 cup blood orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2-3 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Sliced blood orange and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine blood orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.
- In glasses, add fresh mint leaves and gently muddle to release their aroma.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the blood orange mixture over the ice.
- Top off each glass with club soda or sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with blood orange slices and mint sprigs. Serve immediately.

- You can adjust the sweetness by varying the simple syrup amount.
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit any spirits.
