- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and cook for another 2 minutes until coated and heated.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Place a handful of shredded lettuce on each tortilla, add chicken strips, and top with sliced cucumbers and bell peppers.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

- Adjust chili sauce quantity for more or less spiciness.
- Serve with extra sauce on the side.
