Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and sticky.

- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Serve immediately over rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
