- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces noodles (rice or egg noodles)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
