- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Cooked jasmine or white rice
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, and rice vinegar. Marinate beef slices for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Optional: stir in cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve beef over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust sweetness or saltiness by modifying honey and soy sauce levels.
- Use leftover cooked rice for an even quicker meal.
