- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced thinly
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add carrots and green beans, cook until tender but crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
- Return steak to the skillet; add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to coat evenly and heat through.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for variety.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lime or a drizzle of sriracha.
