Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until frothy (5 minutes).
- Add flour, olive oil, salt, and herbs. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for 5 minutes until smooth, cover, and let rise (20 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Use your fingertips to create dimples in the dough. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle garlic, sea salt, and herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
