Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until well combined and fragrant.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and sliced cucumbers.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes according to taste.
- For a lighter option, serve with cauliflower rice.
