- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with cooked shrimp, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Mix sour cream with lime juice and drizzle over the tacos.
- Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
Notes
- You can substitute fish or chicken if preferred.
- For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or a splash of hot sauce.
