Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and optional vegetables; toss until evenly coated and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
