Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the chicken and vegetables with the herb mixture.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
