  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, and mix well.
  4. Fold in green beans until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup of fried onions.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining fried onions, then bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
