Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam or microwave broccoli until tender, then finely chop and drain excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm garnished with herbs if desired.

- For extra crispiness, bake a few minutes longer.
