Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam or microwave broccoli until tender, then finely chop and drain excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
