Instructions

- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden edges form.
- Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
