Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix until well combined.
- Fold in chopped apples gently. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into triangles or strips.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and lay on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden. Let cool before serving.
