Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef bites until browned, then transfer to slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over beef in slow cooker, add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
