- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and add sliced kielbasa. Cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add carrots, celery, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Lower heat, return kielbasa to the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use gluten-free broth for a gluten-free version.
