Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss zucchini fries with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Coat zucchini fries evenly in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
