Instructions
- Warm tortillas to make rolling easier.
- Mix shredded meat with spices and chopped onion.
- Place a spoonful of meat mixture and cheese on each tortilla, roll tightly.
- For frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry taquitos until golden; for baking: place on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with salsa, guacamole, and lime wedges.
