Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño if using.
- Serve salmon topped with fresh mango salsa. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
