- 20 frozen potstickers or homemade dumplings
- 8 oz. fresh or cooked noodles
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook potstickers according to package instructions or pan-fry until crispy.
- Boil or cook noodles per package directions, then drain.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Top with crispy potstickers, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of chili oil or sriracha.
