- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in spices: garam masala, turmeric, paprika, chili powder; cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces; cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in tomato sauce; simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper; garnish with cilantro before serving.
