- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cooked shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Spread a little BBQ chicken on each tortilla, then top with lettuce, bell peppers, onions, and cheese if using.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps.
- Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to add sliced jalapeños for extra spice.
- You can substitute turkey or pork for chicken.
- For a healthier version, use low-fat cheese and whole wheat tortillas.
