- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook carrots until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
- Add cooked carrots to the skillet and toss to coat in the glaze. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through and glossy.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute honey with brown sugar or agave syrup for a different sweetness profile.
- Use baby carrots for a quicker preparation or larger carrots sliced for more texture.
