Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet, cook until softened.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
- Place chicken back into the skillet, cover, and cook until chicken is cooked through and gravy thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook rice in a separate pot according to package instructions.
- Serve the chicken and gravy over rice, garnished with fresh herbs.
