- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup stir-fry vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce and honey, pour into the skillet, and stir well.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate pan, stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.
- Assemble bowls with rice, cooked turkey, and vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

- You can swap vegetables based on preferences or what’s available.
- Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or a simple salad for extra greens.
