- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 10 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Sliced jalapenos (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cut tortillas into bite-sized squares.
- Spread tortilla pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes until crispy.
- Top baked tortilla chips with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and garnish with cilantro. Serve warm.

- For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or extra jalapenos.
- Use Greek yogurt as a healthier ranch alternative.
