Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a plate, spread a handful of lettuce, carrots, and cilantro.
- Top with the sauced chicken evenly distributed.
- Roll up tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas, then slice in half if desired.
