- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with water
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Place sliced beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, oyster sauce, and pepper; pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until beef is tender.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate beef slices in soy sauce overnight.
- Adjust bell pepper amounts for more color and crunch.
