Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 meatballs.
