- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Frosting: cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm milk for 5 minutes.
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, melted butter, and spices.
- Combine with flour and salt, knead into a dough.
- Let rise until doubled, then roll out.
- Spread cinnamon sugar mixture and roll into a log.
- Cut into slices, place in a baking dish, and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Prepare frosting and spread over warm rolls before serving.

- Can prepare rolls ahead and refrigerate overnight.
- Reheat in oven before serving for fresh taste.
