- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken and potatoes on the baking sheet. Brush chicken with half of the garlic mixture, and toss potatoes with the remaining.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is golden and cooked through, and potatoes are crispy.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over chicken during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Ensure chicken is patted dry for crispier surface.
- You can substitute sweet potatoes for regular potatoes.
- Adjust garlic and Parmesan to taste for extra flavor.
