Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook ground meat until browned. Add taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
- Lay a low carb tortilla flat, place a scoop of seasoned meat in the center, top with cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla to form a wrap, pressing firmly to seal.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, lightly grease, and cook the crunchwrap seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until crispy and cheese melts.
