- 1 lb (450g) sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of low-carb flatbread or keto-friendly wraps (optional for extra structure)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until browned and tender. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced peppers and onions until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix the cooked beef with sautéed vegetables and half of the shredded cheese.
- Lay the mixture on a flat surface, roll into logs, and place into a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a crispier exterior, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- You can add sautéed mushrooms or hot peppers for extra flavor.
