Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Set aside.
- Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread cooked ground beef mixture over potatoes.
- Add mixed vegetables evenly on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the entire dish.
