- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In the crockpot, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggie sticks.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before heating.
- Best served immediately for the gooey cheese effect.
