Instructions
- Add cooked shredded chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crockpot with chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Add tortellini, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese; cook for an additional 30 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
