- 4 cups bread cubes (day-old or slightly stale)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, warm milk, cream, sugar, and cinnamon until sugar dissolves.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla, then slowly add the warm milk mixture, stirring to combine.
- Pour the custard over bread cubes in a baking dish, pressing down gently to soak the bread.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly, then serve topped with berries or caramel sauce.
